We are requesting $60,000 of HOME funds in fiscal year 2000-2001 <br />Garry Sronce to continue making repairs to the homes of Orange County residents who earn <br />Keenya Toney less than 50% of the area median income. <br />John Tyrrell The Urgent Repair Program makes emergency repairs to the homes of very low <br />Bob ward income, mostly elderly homeowners throughout Orange County. HOME funds <br />Alison Weiner have been used for the past two years to support this program, which is also <br />funded with monies from the NC Housing Finance Agency. <br />E:ecutive The Urgent Repair Program has made repairs on 46 homes since December 1998 <br />Director <br />ten of which have used HOME funds. Total expenditures in that time have been <br />Robert Doruting approximately $174,000, none of which ha5'been used by OCHC for <br />administrative purposes. We have nearly exhausted the $60,000 of HOME funds <br />Past Chairman that were allocated for the current fiscal year. The only funds available to us <br />until July 2000 are the funds from the Housing Finance Agency. <br />Keith E.
