Street <br />Hillsborough, NC 27275 <br />Dear Ms. Fikes: <br />Enclosed you will farad a proposal submitted by The Children's Therapeutic Foundation <br />in response to the RFP for the FY2000-2001 Funds for the Orange Cowzty Home <br />Program. The Children's Therapeutic Foundation proposes the establishment of a <br />Children's Therapeutic Center serve the youth of Orange County. We will provide <br />residential care, treatment and transitional housing four our youth to asst in return to <br />their family and community. <br />The total cost of this project is $568,624; we are requesting X250,000; to assist in our <br />securing adequate funds for this much needed project.'We have carefully followed the <br />guidelines provided in your application and have submitted our proposal for review as <br />requested. We envision this project as a great milestone to healing our juveniles.
