Online Services <br />Customers with annual maintenance have access to support files from -both the M3IS <br />and OTG FTP sites. Available files include tech notes (technical bulletins updated <br />monthly), product release histories, and various third party softwaze. Please call our <br />support department for the required F1 P addresses -and passwords. <br />S. Software Updates <br />Softwaze updates for minor releases aze processed on a request and receive basis. <br />Customers may contact the M3IS support department to receive all Honor softwaze <br />updates. Upgrades are shipped via UPS Ground unless a preferred shipping agency -and <br />• shipping account number .are provided. Upes .may be downloaded from the FTP <br />•~ ~ ~ - -site as well. Customers must first-call the 11I'IS support team for the. current password. <br />Please be able to provide a customer ID number or end user company name, the OTG <br />version and product serial number. Major upgrades are not included in the annual <br />maintenance agreement ar}d must be purchased. Please contact your sales, representative <br />for upgrade pricing. <br />6. System Maintenancef • <br />~ .~ <br />While Mackin Imaging 'Systems (M3IS) can assist you with any question relating to <br />our software products, proper system maintenance by the user can greatly improve <br />system reliability and performance. General system maintenance should include <br />database maintenance and back-ups, hazdwaze preventative maintenance and version <br />updates of third party software with any application service packs.
