a~ <br />V. 1Vlaintenance and Warranty Provisions <br />A. Note: All imaging software in this proposal is warranted for an initial <br />period of twelve (12) months. Plasmon products include a twelve (12) <br />month manufacturer's warranty. Pricing provided includes these <br />warranties and necessary additional support through at least the first year <br />of installation. <br />1. Overview <br />Annual maintenance entitles the customer to contact a trained technical support <br />representative with any questions regarding our products. Our courteous support team <br />may be reached on the phone anytime between 8:30AM and 5:30PM ET, or .by fax <br />and a-mail. Through the use of pc Anywhere, customers receive "hands on" support <br />right from their own PC. <br />The OTG Software FTP site contains updated technical reference materials. <br />Customers with maintenance may contact the M3IS support department for a <br />password, which enables them to download these files. In addition, .every customer <br />'~ _ with an annual maintenance agreement may request any minor upgrades within the <br />. . __ , yearly term. Minor upgrades are free, while major upgrades may be purchased. <br />2.
