The Register of Deeds Office, Orange County, North Carolina is considering the
implementation of Enhanced Electronic Image Management (EIM) technology to
improve the storage and access of municipal information.
2. Mackin Imaging Systems (M3IS) has been requested to provide a system
recommendation and pricing.
3. As a Networked system, access to your images may be made available to any
number of workstations on your network. However, with a Twenty Five (25)
Concurrent User License, only twenty five (25) may actually retrieve images
simultaneously.
7. The minimum configuration for an Image and Index Database Server (hazdwaze to
be provided by Orange` County) is 128MB of RAM, Pentium II minimum
processor, Windows NT operating system.
