i~ <br />An equitable fmancial arrangement should be negotiated to provide for this approach. <br />3.1.4 Step 4: Complete Procurement and Installation <br />Providing the above steps are successfully executed, Orange County can proceed to <br />procure the Mackin system. <br />Otherwise, at least the successful completion of the GeneSys conversion will have been <br />demonstrated, and we can proceed to explore other options. <br />3.1.5 Step 5: Implement Deeds on New System <br />If all above steps are successful, we can proceed to implement Deeds on the new system. <br />This will involve a significant design and planning effort and close cooperation with IS to <br />assure smooth changeover from the present system and maintenance of connection and <br />service with related systems, such as accounting. <br />Details of this effort are beyond the scope of this report. <br />3.1.6 Contingency <br />In the event that there in trouble in paradise, we have two options, which can be pursued <br />simultaneously: <br />1. Explore more fully the "Build" options. <br />2.
