Clarified the time frame by modifying the date whereby revisions of the ependiture reports are <br />acceptable. Specifies a deadline of 8/31 for all programs except WIC which remains 8/14. <br />16. Stresses that final expenditure is due "ZO days after the official end of contract period." <br />Remember, as noted in C.4.c., you leave 60 days to amend those expenditure reports (45 for WIC) after <br />the submission of the final. <br />17. Compliance section changed to reflect actual content of this information, i.e., it is "how the state <br />will respond" not how the state will "assure compliance" <br />The hope is that your feedback, and that of your staff, to LHS staff over the hest year have been <br />incorporated into specific changes which should enable a clearer understanding of the Contract provisions <br />and improve your ability to provide public health services successfully! Additionally, we hope that the <br />changes will help you deal with County Officials in the maintenance and use of your earned revenues! <br />We look forward to a great New Year in public health 2000-2001. <br />
