OWASA <br />will promote this initiative, meeting and working with the neighbors to <br />determine who will perform this study and, along with CAQE, manage the <br />study and the dissemination of its results. <br />d. In recognition of the historic value of Rem Malloy's house, ASC will pay far <br />an inspection of the foundation by a qualified expert. Tf the inspection <br />determines that the quarry operations are the cause of any damage to the <br />foundation, ASC will pay for the reasonable necessary repairs. <br />e. ASC will work with CAQE to identify a mechanism through which <br />employment opportunities at the quarry can be made known to residents of the <br />nearby community. ASC will extend a preference in hiring to qualified <br />residents of the above defined community by considering these residents <br />before others not in this community for job openings that occur during the <br />time ofthe mining lease. <br />f.
