68 <br />fnal settlement for any and all alleged diminution in value to the <br />real property resulting from quarry operations and such easement <br />will be binding upon grantees, heirs, and successors of the property <br />owner. <br />VIII. MONITORING <br />ASC will monitor with seismographs airblast, and peak particle velocity at <br />the locations set forth in Section V(n) above and it will make the blast report <br />showing the blast results of monitoring available for inspection and copying at <br />reasonable times by citizens and governmental bodies. Any neighbor contacted as <br />set forth in Section V(c) may be present at a seimograph location to observe the <br />readings, when recorded <br />OWASA will work to see that ASC fulfills the monitoring and public <br />access to records commitments described in the above item, including solicitation <br />of help from Orange County officials ifnecessary. <br />ASC will locate one additional monitoring well between the Parrish <br />property and the expanded pit in order to check water. table levels. If requested to <br />do so in writing by an adjacent neighbor, OWASA will analyze the water quality <br />in this monitoring well. <br />
