65 <br />1. Airblast limit of 125 decibels. <br />2. Maximum peak particle velocity of O.b inches per second, <br />provided that ASC will strive for a maximum peak particle <br />velocity limit of 0.5 inches per second. <br />3. ASC will limit its continuous noise operations (plant processing, <br />including jaw crusher) at the boundary of the property controlled <br />,, <br />by ASC during the mining process to 60 decibels. <br />(n) ASC will monitor each shot with two (2) seismographs, one located at the <br />neazest off site occupied structure, as required .by the State of North Carolina Mining <br />Permit, and, a second seismograph located of the neazest property line. <br />* ASC will request that these provisions be made part of its mining permit. <br />VI. TRUCKING. <br />When ASC is in the position to select truckers far making deliveries to <br />customers, ASC will use only reputable truckers .who follow good trucker <br />practices, including the use of covers where appropriate. ASC will promote goad <br />trucker practices by encouraging customers to be mindful of lawful weight and <br />safety of load practices, including the use of covers where appropriate. <br />. ASC will install a truck spray baz and encourage truckers to wet down ar <br />cover their loads (reducing the likelihood that fne materials will blow off the <br />trucks). <br />
