64 <br />(h)= ASC will install the primary crusher and related equipment in the pit <br />within seven years from the time all permits from the expansion are granted. <br />Where changes to quarry equipment or operations, such as upgraded technologies, <br />are made, such changes and technologies will be implemented and utilized in a <br />reasonable manner that will not harm the surrounding community.
