LONG RANGE PLANNING FOR PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY. <br />Within the next three years, OWASA will evaluate the idea of water and/or sewer <br />. extension to residents living within the azea identified on Exhibit 2. Because the <br />three local governments, not OWASA, have the authority to approve water and/or <br />sewer extensions, it is understood that OWASA's evaluation must be conducted <br />within the context of applicable land use policies and requirements.
