Teer intends to continue to operate the existing plant through the balance of the term <br />of its agreement with OWASA. <br />. Gene Bell of your office has aslaetl me for American. Stone's response to issues raised <br />at the initial Joint Planning Area public heating and • the Commissioner's public hearing an <br />the Environmental Impact Stazranent (ETS) submitted by American Starve.
