EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />A few comments follow regarding the evaluation criteria noted in the RFP <br />• TA focuses an impact fee systems and has prepared the mast in the Country <br />Over 90% of our clients are public sector, we have extensive local government experience. <br />• TA also focuses an fiscal analysis and has conducted the most evaluations in the Country. <br />• Our company location in Bethesda, Maryland is conveniently located to the three <br />Washington area airports, which have over 20 flights in each direction to Raleigh. The <br />walk-up fare for many of these is $70. Also we will be working on other assignments in. <br />the immediate area during the same time. <br />• Given our public sector experience in impact fees, we have excellent presentation slides. <br />0 <br />
