For bond funded projects such as. <br />Whiffed and Northern Human Services Centers, staff will bring those ordinances forward as <br />bonds are actually sold. and project scopes defined. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />adopt the attached capital project ordinances for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools and Orange <br />County. <br />
