32 <br />Planning and Agriculture Building Capital Project <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Project Number 61-SSO <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Boazd of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br />Chapter 1S9 of the General Statutes ofNarth Cazolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to upgrade mechanical systems throughout the <br />facility. Through fiscal year 1999-00, these include replacing air conditioning units and <br />electrical system in the facility. With the installment of computers and other modern <br />equipment, an electrical upgrade is mandatory. This project will be financed by proceeds <br />from the County's portion of the one-halfcent sales taxes. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County aze hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall remain in effect from July 1, 1998 until June 30, 2000. <br />Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Planning and Agriculture Building Capital <br />Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Adopted this fourth day of Apri12000. <br />
