24 <br />Government Services Annex <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Project Number d1-4~1 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Boazd of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the renovation of the Govexnment Services Center <br />on. Cameron Street. Through fiscal year 1999-00, the improvements and modifications to <br />this building include waterproofing, replacing storm windows, painting and the replacement <br />of a retaining wall. Proceeds from the County's portion of the one-half cent sales taxes <br />finance this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall remain in effect from July 1, 1998 until June 30, 2000. <br />Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Government Service Annex Capital <br />Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Adopted this fourth day of Apri12000. <br />
