1$ <br />Court Street Annex <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Boazd of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for building renovations at the Court Street Annex in <br />Hillsborough. Proceeds from the County's portion of the one-half cent sales taxes finance <br />this project. . <br />Section 2. The officers of the County aze hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> roug <br />1998-99 <br />FY 1999-00 roug <br />1999-00 <br />a es ax , <br />on un <br />nvate cement <br />ant un <br />ees <br />er <br />o a uu mg , , , <br />Section 4. This ordinance, originally adopted June 21, 1998 shall remain in effect from July 1, 1998 <br />until June 30; 2000. <br />Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Court Street Annex Capital Project Ordinances for <br />Orange County. <br />Adopted this fourth day of Apri12000. <br />
