The decision azeas included: <br />^ Level of Service (i:e., When would a school be considered to be critically over <br />capacity?) <br />^ Timing of Request for a Certificate of Adequate Public Schools (CAPS) <br />^ Vesting of previous approvals <br />^ Student Enrollment Rates and Projections <br />^ Management of SAPFO systemi/;Data Sharing <br />^ SAPFO Agreements (two separate interlacal agreements by school district) <br />^ Capital Investment Plan (CIP) <br />The Draft Memorandum of Understanding and SAPFO is herein submitted back to the chair and <br />the council for fwrther distribution and local governmentlschaol district consideration.
