z~ <br />Utility Extension Development Project <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Project Number 61-902 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Cazolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides fiends to finance utility extensions for <br />commercial entities thereby encouraging economic development within the <br />County. As various projects aze completed, a portion of the resultant property <br />tax revenue will be used to finance this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County aze hereby directed to proceed with the project <br />within the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance supersedes all previous Utility Extension Development Capital <br />Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Section 6. This ordinance originally adapted June 29, 1993 and subsequently amended <br />shall be in effect until June 30, 2000. <br />Adopted this 21st day of March 2000. <br />
