Also, very often documents must be signed right away. E3y approving the <br />following resolution, William (Buck) Tredway will be able to provide these documents in the <br />absence of the Clerk as well as perform other duties when the Clerk is not available. <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM (BUCK) TREDWAY <br />AS <br />ACTING DEPUTY CLERK <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEREBY RESOLVES that William (Buck) <br />Tredway is hereby appointed as Acting Deputy County Clerk for the County of Orange. As <br />Acting Deputy Clerk, Mr. Tredway shall be authorized to perform all the duties and functions of <br />the County Clerk in the absence of the County Clerk. <br />This resolution shall become effective upon adoption. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): Approve the resolution as stated above. <br />
