29 <br />Agreement, the provisions shall survive the Closing or any such termination. Without limiting the <br />generality of the foregoing, the parties specifically aclaiowledge and agree that the provisions of <br />Sections V, VI, VII, VIII and IX shall survive the Closing, as well as any termination of this Grant <br />Agreement. <br />9.15. Entire A Bement. This Crrant Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between <br />the parties hereto with respect to. the subject matter hereof.
