The attached Environmental <br />Resources Conservation Capital Project Ordinance provides for the receipt of the grant and the <br />transfer of funds from the School/Parks Capital Reserve Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that, upon closing of the public hearing, <br />the Board approve the resolution, with a planned closing date on the property of March 31, <br />2000. <br />
