The table below provides details regarding the acquisition costs and <br />funding sources: <br />Duke Property Land Acquisition <br />Land Acquisition Costs: <br />Land $279,900 <br />Surveys, Appraisal and Closing Costs $9,367 <br />Interest 10 830 <br />Total Acquisition Cost $300,097 <br />Funding Sources: <br />Clean Water Management Trust Grant $143,000 <br />Pay-As-You-Go funds in the Environmental Resources <br />Conservation Capital Project $78,549 <br />Accrued Interest from School/Park Capital Reserve <br />Fund 78 549 <br />Total Fuuding Sources $300,097 <br />As outlined in the attached materials, $144,008 is due at closing with the remaining balance <br />due in two annual installments (fiscal year 2000-01 and 2001-02). The attached Environmental <br />Resources Conservation Capital Project Ordinance provides for the receipt of the grant and the <br />transfer of funds from the School/Parks Capital Reserve Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that, upon closing of the public hearing, <br />the Board approve the resolution, with a planned closing date on the property of March 31, <br />2000. <br />
