ADMINISTRATION PROPOSAL 28 <br />final approval authority, and, where applicable, all Final Plats shall contain information and /or <br />conditions approved by the Commissioners. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in all such appeals shall make findings of fact in support of its <br />decision. The subdivider shall be notified, in writing, of the Commissioner's decision. within ten (101 <br />Section 6. (page 14 — Subdivision Regulations) Neighborhood Information_ Meeting <br />Section III -D -1.d (first paragraph - second sentence) <br />The Neighborhood Information Meeting (NIM) shall be held within 4154-days of aeeeptaFiGe Of the <br />a minimum of 14 days prior to the Planning Board meeting at which the <br />concept plan is scheduled to be heard. If a Preliminary Plat for subdivision has not been submitted within the <br />specified time limit, the Concept Plan Development Options shall become null and void. <br />Section 10.
