M <br />(page 20 -2 –Zoning Ordinance) Zoning Officer Prepares Analysis and Recommendation <br />Section 20.3.3. <br />The Zoning Officer shall, within <br />cause an analysis to be made of the application and, based upon that analysis, prepare a <br />recomm p endation for consideration by the Planning Board and the Board of County Commissioners. <br />■ _ - ■ A- <br />....... - _ <br />Page 20 -3 –'Zoning Ordinance) Referral of Amendment Application to Planning Board„ <br />Section 20.4 <br />The Zoning Officer shall submit any application for amendment to the Zoning Atlas to the Planning <br />Board for consideration and recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. at <br />=Illl� <br />(page 20-4 - Zoning Ordinance) Action Subsequent to the Date of Public Hearing <br />Section 20.7.2 (second, third and fourth paragraphs) <br />The Planning Board shall after the date of the public hearing prepare and <br />submit for the Board of County Commissioners a recommendation concerning the disposition of any <br />application submitted by the public. <br />Amendments initiated by Orange County shall not be subject to time limitations other than those <br />specified by the Board of County Commissioners during the public hearing process. <br />The Board of County Commissioners shall not consider enactment of the proposed amendment <br />until the Planning Board makes *4 its <br />recommendation. , In making its decision, the Board of Commissioners shall <br />consider all relevant evidence presented at the joint public hearing and any new evidence which was <br />considered by the Planning Board in making its recommendation. <br />
