16 <br />Page 24b — Subdivision Regulations) Appeal Procedures <br />Section Ill -D -5 (first and second paragraph) <br />The decision of the Planning Department regarding a Major Subdivision Final Plat application may <br />be appealed to the Board of Commissioners. If appealed, the application shall may be placed on the <br />next regular meeting agenda of the Board of Commissioners.
