Since Commissioners Brown and Gordon have each contributed to the initiatives described <br />above, they are volunteering to serve on this Task Force. <br />Timeline: Make recommendations concerning the integration of the reports by the beginning <br />of April. <br />Make recommendations about facilitating the implementation of the integrated <br />reports by the middle of May, with any subsequent work done as necessary to be included in <br />this year's annual budget cycle. <br />Make recommendations for follow-up actions as necessary, until the BCC makes <br />a decision on whether to pursue a bond referendum. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: No immediate impact except for staff time. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S~: Approve the creation of the task force. <br />
