Manager- Link reiterated that day care centers are very highly regulated by the <br />Planning Board Member Barry Katz sought clarification of some language that had <br />been struck from the amendments. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />refer the proposed zoning text amendments for child care facilities to the Planning Board for <br />recommendations to be. returned to the Board of County Commissioners no sooner than November 3, <br />1999. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />b.
