The subdivider shall be notified, in writing, of the Commissioner's decision. <br />Section 6. Notices of the NIM shall be mailed by first class mail at <br />least ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting. <br />Section 7. (page 14a — Subdivision Regulations) Action Subsequent to Agproval <br />Section 111 -D -1 -g (third paragraph) <br />From the date of approval of the Concept Plan Development Options by the Planning Board, the <br />applicant shall have two (2) years in which to prepare and file an application for <br />Preliminary Plat approval. If a Preliminary Plat for subdivision has not been submitted within the <br />specified time limit, the Concept Plan Development Options shall become null and void. <br />Section 10.
