22 <br />Section III -D -2 -e (first paragraph) <br />The decision of the Planning Board regarding a Concept Plan may be appealed to the Board of <br />Commissioners. Any notice of appeal shall be filed, in writing, with the Planning Director within <br />15 days after the date of the Planning Board's decision. If the appeal Involves a site plan map <br />approval, sixteen (16) copies of the site plan map shall be filed at the same time as the written <br />appeal. if appealed, <br />Q^ -ard- ^a GeM. ^- °°i^"°" The Board of Commissioners shall have final approval authority, and, <br />where applicable, all Concept Plans shall contain information and /or conditions approved by the <br />Board of Commissioners. <br />Section 15.
