21 <br />From the date of approval of the Concept Plan Development Options by the Planning Board, the <br />applicant shall have two (2) years in which to prepare and file an application for <br />Preliminary Plat approval. If a Preliminary Plat for subdivision has not been submitted within the <br />specified time limit, the Concept Plan Development Options shall become null and void. <br />Section 10.
