21 <br />From the date of approval of the Concept Plan Development Options by the Planning Board, the <br />applicant shall have two (2) years in which to prepare and file an application for <br />Preliminary Plat approval. If a Preliminary Plat for subdivision has not been submitted within the <br />specified time limit, the Concept Plan Development Options shall become null and void. <br />Section 10. (page 14a — Subdivision Regulations) &peal Procedures <br />III -D -1 -h (first paragraph) <br />The decision of the Planning Board regarding Concept Plan Development Options may be appealed <br />to the Board of Commissioners. Any notice of appeal shall be filed, in writing, with the Planning <br />Director within 15 days after the date of the Planning Board's decision. If the appeal involves <br />a site plan map approval, sixteen (16) copies of the site plan map shall be filed at the same <br />time as the written appeal. if appealed, <br />feg of the BeaFd Of G8......:..6ieR,.....
