Change the salary grade of the existing Solid Waste Collector class from Salary <br />Grade 60 ($20,735 - $32,970) to salary grade 62 ($22,862 - $36,350). <br />3. Policy Authorizations <br />In implementing the transfer of Town of Chapel Hill Solid Waste employees to <br />Orange County, authorize the Orange County Personnel Director to: <br />a. Credit each employee's service as a permanent employee with the Town of <br />Chapel Hill in determining Orange County service. <br />b. Accept the transfer of accumulated, unused Vacation Leave from the Town of <br />Chapel Hill. <br />c.
