7 <br />16.1.14 The procedures and policy for extended educational leave <br />without pay are synonymous with those outlined for leave <br />without pay. See Article III Section 4. <br />16.1.15 An employee going on full Education Leave with pay will be <br />obligated to remain employed with the County for one (1) <br />year following completion of their education. If the <br />agreement is not kept the employee is expected to refund <br />tuition fees and other expenses paid by the County as <br />indicated in Section 16.1.11, and/ar amounts will be held <br />out from final compensation due the employee at <br />termination. <br />
