A bond of the full amount of the contract will <br />be required on each contract. <br />There will be required Public Liability Insurance <br />of $10,000.00 for one person, $20,000.00 for one accident; <br />.,also property damage insurance of $5,000.00. <br />11. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. <br />12. The name of certain brand, make, manufacture, or . <br />definite specification is to denote the quality standard of <br />the article desired, but does not restrict bidders to the <br />specific brand, make, manufacture, or specifications named; <br />it is to set forth and convey to prospective bidders the <br />general style, type, character, and quality of the article <br />desired. <br />13. If any person contemplating submitting a bid <br />for the proposed contract is in doubt as,to the true <br />meaning of any part of the plans, specifications, or other <br />proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Engineers <br />a written request for an interpretation thereof. The <br />person submitting the request will be responsible for its <br />prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed <br />documents will be mailed only by Addendum duly issued and a <br />copy of such Addendum will be mailed or delivered to each <br />person receiving a set of such documents. The Board will <br />not be responsible for any other explanations or interpre- <br />tations of the proposed documents. <br />14. SPECIAL NOTICE--Bidders are required to inform <br />themselves fully of the conditions relating to the <br />construction and labor under which the work will be or is <br />now being performed, and this contractor must employ, so <br />far as. possible, such methods and means in the carrying <br />out of his work as will not cause any interruption or <br />interference with any other contractor. <br />15.
