No public road connection to Old Forest Drive in Wyngate subdivision shall be <br />constructed if Emergency Management Services submits documentation that <br />connection is not needed for provision of services. <br />3. If the slopes on the north side of the stream are greater than 25%, Windfall-Lane <br />shall be realigned to avoid disturbance of the steepest slopes. <br />4. With the Preliminary Plan provide written acknowledgement from the Town of <br />Hillsborough that water service will be provided for the number of lots being <br />proposed in Windfall subdivision. <br />• Preliminary Plan addresses all conditions of approval of the Concept Plan except public <br />road connection to Windfall Lane. <br />• Second Action: Planning Board unanimously recommended Preliminary Plan <br />approval January 5, 2000. <br />• Recommended the road connection to Old Forest Drive in Wyngate subdivision be public <br />and constructed to NCDOT standards. <br />• Recommended lot 5 be designated as open space to provide a more natural entrance to the <br />subdivision. <br />• Third Action: Board of County Commissioners to consider the Preliminary Plan <br />Options: <br />1. Action within forty-five (45) days of the Feb. 1 st meeting or within such further <br />time consented to in writing by the applicant. <br />2. If the Board of County Commissioners fails to act within the specified time <br />period, approval is directed without conditions. <br />3.
