E., agent for Levincorp, Inc., said that the entrance to the subdivision is intended to be accessible <br />to emergency vehicles. <br />MOTION: McAdams moved approval of the Preliminary Plan for Windfall Subdivision in <br />accordance with the Resolution of Approval. Seconded by Strayhorn. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. <br />AGENDA MM #9: PLANNING BOARD ITEMS <br />Benedict said that at next month's meeting there will be an election for chair and vice-chair of the Planning Board. <br />Benedict showed a map with the classifications of the different types of roads. He explained major-local and minor- <br />local roads. He said that these types of maps are going to -be put on the Geographic Information System. The plan is <br />to create some consistency of road classification with the County and NCDOT. <br />AGENDA ITEM #10: INFORMATIONAL ITEMS <br />a.
