3 <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Date <br />Name of Subdivision Windfall <br />Owner/Applicant James P. Levin <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves Windfall subdivision preliminary plat, <br />dated September 2, 1998 and last revised October 15, 1999, containing 22 lots, subject to the <br />fulfillment of requirements specified herein. <br />Windfall Lane, E <br />public and be can <br />approval of this in <br />Orange County & <br />Fran Drive, and C <br />general public of <br />responsibility.
