Jan-12-00 05:20P Coleman Gledhill Hargrave 919 732 7997 <br />26 <br />Ross and will commence use of the Orange County sewer collection <br />and treatment system when that connection has been complete. <br />a. Barber & Ross agrees to pay all charges made by orange <br />county for connection to the Orange County sewer collection and <br />treatment system and for the operation of that system according <br />to duly enacted rate schedules of Orange County and as they may <br />be changed from time to time. <br />9. Barber. & Ross agrees to comply with all ordinanccs, <br />regulations and rules of Orange County related to the sewer <br />collection treatment system- <br />10. Barber & Ross agrees that its obligation to corineCt to <br />the system and to pay all charges for connection and operation <br />is one which may be specifically enforced by Orange County in a <br />civil action brought by orange County against Barber & Ross for <br />such enforcement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Orange County and Barber & Ross have <br />caused this agreement and sewer easement to be executed in their <br />respective corporate names and the respective corporate seals to <br />be hereunto affixed and attested by their duly authorized <br />officers, all as of the date first above written. <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE, NORTH CAROLINA <br />By: <br />Moses Carey, Jr., Chair, <br />Orange County Board of <br />commissioners
