<br />Jan-12-00 05:20P Coleman Gledhill Hargrave 919 732 7997 <br />25 <br />inspecting, maintaining, repairing and removing said lines and <br />apparatus; provided, however, that in constructing, inspecting, <br />maintaining, repairing and removing said facilities, the County <br />hail repair any facilities of Barber & Ross damaged by or <br />disrupted by constructing, inspecting, operating, maintaining, <br />repairing arid removing the sewer system Lacilities, including <br />repairing any plants, fences, sidewalks, parking areas or other <br />facilities of improvements located upon the property of Barber & <br />Rosy. Orange County will assist and work with Barber & Ross in <br />the specific location of the sewer system facilities in order to <br />minimize the impact to the operation of Barber & Ross now and in <br />the future. Barber & Ross, its successors and assigns shall, <br />from time to time, at the request of Orange County, execute, <br />acknowledge and deliver to Orange County any and all future <br />insLruments which may reasonably be required to give full force <br />and effect to the provisions of Lhis easement. <br />6. The operation of the Orange County sewer collection <br />and treatment ;system will be subject to and performed in <br />compliance with all regulations and ordinances which Orange <br />county has now adopted and may adopt or amend from time to time. <br />7. Barber & Ross agrees to install and maintain at its <br />own expense a service line from the Orange County sewer <br />collection and treatment system to the place of use of Barber &
