The settlement is to be made as of the last day in office. 0 Rolfe's Ms. <br />last day in office was December 31, 1999. <br />The reports in the annual settlement provide in detail what has been collected for the county, all fire and <br />special districts, and the Towns of Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough during fiscal year 1999-2000 <br />through December 31, 1999. There are two settlement reports. The first settlement report shows all taxes <br />charged and collected for the 1999-2000 fiscal year as of December 31, 1999. The second settlement report <br />shows all prior years' taxes collected within the 1999-2000 fiscal year as of December 31, 1999. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATON(S): The manager recommends that the tax collector's settlement be accepted as <br />reported and entered upon the minutes.
