The file contains an Underground Storage Tank Closure Report <br />but there is no indication that any additional assessment work was performed. Records <br />indicate that you are the (owner and/or operator) of this UST tank system. This letter is a <br />standard native explaining the actions you must take as a result of the release or discharge its <br />accordance with North Carolina statutes and rules. The UST Section of the Division of <br />Waste Management administers the state's rules far USTs and the required response for <br />petroleum releases. Those rules are located in Title 1 SA, Subchapter 2L and Title 1 SA, <br />Subchapter 2N of the North Carolina Administrative Cade (NCAC). <br />As a responsible party, you are required to comply with the release response and corrective <br />action requirements of 1 SA NCAC 2L .0115(c); which include the requirements established <br />in 1 SA NCAC 2N.
