Use of designations *, SUP, MP in table of permissible uses for LO &ESU <br />a) The "*" designation means the use is permitted by right. If a use designated with <br />"*" wants to occupy an existing structure, a zoning compliance permit is needed. <br />If a use designated with "*" wants to build on a site, a site plan must be approved <br />by staff if: <br />[DECIDE] under 2 acres <br />under 5 acres <br />under 10 acres or <br />unlimited. <br />b) The "SUP" designation means the use is a special use and requires a special use <br />permit approved by the Boazd of County Commissioners in accordance with <br />Article 8. <br />c) The "SUP/MP" designation means the use may choose approval as a' master plan <br />by the Board of County Commissioners in accordance with the Master Plan <br />requirements for the ESU district. <br />d) The "*/SUP" designation means the use is permitted by right if it does not exceed <br />[DECIDE] 1. 20,000 square feet of gross building or 2 acres of land azea <br />2. X0,000 squaze feet of gross building or 4 acres of land area. <br />Section 3. Amend by adding to Article 5 "Establishment of Dimensional Requirements" by <br />amending 5.12 Schedule for Non-Residential Development Lot by Lot Planned <br />Developments. <br /> Limited Office <br />Minimum Lot Area 2 ac 1 ac <br />Minimum Lot Width (in feet) 200 75 <br />Minimum Side Yard Width (in feet) 20 <br />Minimum Rear Yard Width (in feet) 201 <br />Minimum Front Setback (in feet) 501 <br />Maximum Impervious surface (percent of gross lot) 50% <br />Maximum Building Height (in feet) 60 <br />1 or height of building whichever is greater <br />Section 4. All provisions of any county ordinance in .conflict with this ordinance are <br />repealed. <br />Section 5.
