AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF ORANGE COUNTY <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF ORANGE COUNTY ORDAINS THAT THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Adding a new Section 4.2.17, as follows. <br />4.2.17 Limited Office (LO) District <br />a) Intent <br />The intent of the Limited Office District is to provide locations for low traffic <br />generating office and service enterprises in areas where traffic congestion is a real <br />concern. <br />b) Application Criteria <br />This district will usually be applied where the following conditions exist: <br />l) .Located adjacent to property zoned Local Commercial-I (LC-1), <br />Neighborhood Commercial-II (NC-2), Community Commercial-III <br />(CC-3), General Commercial-IV (GC-4), Off ce/Institutional (O/I), <br />Economic Development (ED) and Residential, or Entranceway Special <br />Use <br />2) Water and sewer lines exist at the site or aze to be made available as part <br />of the development process. <br />Section 2. 4.3 <br />Add a new column to 4.3 Permitted Use Table, <br />Permitted Uses in the Limited Office District as follows: <br /> Limited Office <br />Uffice, clerical, research, and services <br />Class I, wholly inside building <br />Class II, wholly inside building <br />Outside permitted <br />*/SUP <br />*/SUP <br />Libraries, museums, art galleries & centers * <br />Restaurants <br />Accessory cafeteria within another use <br />All other <br /> <br />SUP <br />Veterinarian <br />Emergency Services * <br />Utilities Facilities <br />Neighborhood <br />Funeral Home * <br />Bus station train station <br />Combination Uses <br />Class B office buildings meet the EDD design manual as revised for Hillsborough EDD. <br />Class A office buildings are any that do not meet the criteria of Class B. <br />
