Specifically, the SVR is equal <br />to the difference between Landscape Volume Ratio and Building Volume Ratio (SVR =LVR --BVR). <br />The SVR sets the land use intensity standard that projects in the EDD must meet. The following table establishes the <br />minimum SVR for each category of land use permitted in the Bconomic Development District.
