Jones, Director; Libby Davis, Office Assistant <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />1. Chair Lorraine Parker called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM. <br />2. Approval of August 27, 2002 minutes: Marie Tate moved that the minutes be approved as <br />written. Seconded by Sandra Quinn. Approval was unanimous. <br />3. Chair Lorraine Parker aslced if we could make a change in the meeting and discuss #7 at' this <br />time due to some members having to leave early to attend other meetings. Chair Lorraine Parlcer advised us that # 7 pertains to Recommendations for RPAC Vacancies. <br />Discussion followed with suggestions to fill the vacancies. II, Sec. VII). <br />Chair Lorraine Parker advised that the training session for the board ~vill•be scheduled for <br />January 22"a. Hopefii~~'by then we can have some new members onboard. May have light <br />refreshments. May have to~clo in two (2) sessions. <br />
