To be fiscally prudent, it is not necessary to build another <br />school district wide if rebalancing can be done by redistricting. <br />g, Q. No, the SAPFO Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) excludes mobile <br />classrooms as permanent but they may be used to house temporary <br />individual school overcapacity situations.
