Yes, Schools are the focus in Orange County because of the dominant <br />funding requirements and proportion of the overall budget. Other SAPFO <br />areas are not being considered at this time but can include: <br />• Streets Public Sewer <br />• Law Enforcement • Public Water <br />• Fire Protection • Solid waste disposal <br />• Greenways Stormwater management <br />• Parks <br />4. (~. What is the impact area (affected area) of a SAPFO? <br />A. The geographic area affected by a proposed development <br />• Defines the areas within the adopted level of service must be met <br />which is the districts. In Orange County housing development <br />affects the overall districts, so two areas will be regulated by two <br />separate agreements. <br />5. Q. Are there exceptions to a SAPFO? <br />A. Commercial or non-residential development and senior housing does not <br />create students and is exempted. <br />2 <br />
