• Residential Plans Review: $0.015 per square foot ($10.00 minimum) <br />• 10% recompense added to all permits within Town of Hillsborough jurisdiction <br />Currently, the Inspection Division revenues provide 90% cost recovery. An additional 10% fee <br />charged on all permits for plans review within the Town of Hillsborough would provide a 100% cost <br />recovery, for inspection services provided within that jurisdiction. <br />This item was considered at the November 25, 2002 Quarterly Public Hearing. There was no public <br />comment. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Approximately $44,629.00 in revenues is estimated per year if plans review <br />fees are adopted. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that the Board approve the proposed plans <br />review fees for commercial and residential projects with an effective date of December 16, 2002. <br />
