Cost Elements, <br /> Costs of the study include the following: <br /> • $12,000: Architect <br /> • $7,500: Traffic Analysis <br /> • $2200; Sub-Surface testing <br /> $21,700 Total of expanded study <br /> Timetable <br /> The report will be completed in approximately 30 days from the date agreement is approved. <br /> Presuming the agreement is approved on November 7,2001, the approximate date of completion should <br /> be December 10,2001. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds to support the cost of the expanded master plan are available in the <br /> Justice Facility Planning Capital Project In the current CIP. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board retain Freeman-White Architects to <br /> complete the expanded master plan for a sum not to exceed$21,700 as outlined in the attached <br /> proposal;and authorize the Purchasing Director to execute the appropriate paperwork. <br />
