2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no immediate financial impact associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that: <br />1. The Board consider comments and resolutions to submit those comments to the North <br />Carolina Department of Transportation for Orange County projects outside the Durham- <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Area and to the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro <br />Transportation Advisory Committee for projects within the DCHC Metropolitan Planning <br />Area. <br />2. The Board refer this item to the Board's Transportation Task Force (Alice Gordon and Barry <br />Jacobs) for discussion and recommendation. <br />3. The Board consider this item at its December 10 meeting. <br />
